Cost

At URUS we don't believe in hidden fees or over charging our clients. At URUS we have a one time construction fee that depends on the size and ultimately the time your home will take us to complete. Once you get your final cost breakdown that we provide you with throughout the entire build, our construction fee will simply be added on top of that cost. This is how we can guarantee that our cost to build your dream home will beat our competitors pricing, by far! We also guarantee that our fee will not change once it's agreed upon with our clients, no matter what the situation may be. Cost will be transparent with our clients along the whole way. In turn, we guarantee your home will have a great amount of equity as soon as you settle in!
